Common questions.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, and DXF files. You can also send us a clear photo of a hand-drawn floor plan — our team will clean it up before processing.
How accurate is the 3D model?
All models are printed at 1:100 scale based on the dimensions in your floor plan. For digital files with accurate measurements, expect room-level accuracy within 1–2mm. For hand-drawn plans, we will verify key dimensions with you before printing.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders take 5–7 business days. Rush orders within 24–48 hours are available for an additional fee of S$40.
Can interior designers order in bulk?
Yes. ID firms with recurring orders get discounted rates from the third order onwards. Contact us directly to set up a trade account with monthly billing.
What happens if my floor plan is incomplete or unclear?
We will review your file within 24 hours and reach out if we need clarification. We do not start printing until we are confident the model will be accurate.
